Clara is a forager, fermentation queen, connector, and storyteller. During her residency, she struck up a conversation with the Elder Tree, Sambucus Nigra. This tree has shared its bounty with her in many ways, through stained fingers, brewed concoctions, and experimental nibbles. Clara put together a banquet filled with flavours that are rarely experienced and now shares her dialogue with Sambucus Nigra in the form of a series of foraged recipes.
